Molly is back for her second year as a dyer of the Motor City Yarn Club. This year Molly has been inspired by the Detroit Zoo and the Polk Penguin Conversation Center. While I was expecting the skein to be black and white, I was in awe of the subtle colors that she has chosen to add to the skein. The pops of orange for the beak, the yellow for the tufts on their chest, and the aqua blue for their habitat. You will be happy to know the skeins comes without the unique smells of the penguin house. You can see a sample of the skein in person at the shop. Expect delivery June 15th.

You are able to choose between a fingering or DK bases. The fingering weight base is 462 yards of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon. The DK weight base is 231 of 100% superwash merino.
